For orders exceeding 35 euros, we delight in offering complimentary delivery within a 1km radius of our flower shop. For those located in Amsterdam, we’re pleased to provide free delivery for orders over 75 euros. If your order falls below 75 euros, a shipping fee of 7.50 euros will apply. For our valued customers in Amstelveen, a delivery charge of 10 euros is applicable.

In instances where recipients are unavailable, our protocol is to attempt delivery with a neighbor and duly leave a note. Should you provide us with the recipient’s contact number, we will send them an SMS. If neither the recipient nor their neighbors are available, the bouquet will await collection at our shop for 24 hours. To ensure our flowers always find a home, unclaimed orders are listed on ‘Too Good to Go’ – we believe every bloom deserves a chance to shine.
